Rebecca Zug, she/her
Rebecca Zug, Ed.D. is a certified leadership coach and the founding consultant of Zug Leadership Consulting. She is the former head of upper school at Wilmington Friends School in Wilmington, DE, and serves on the Sidwell Friends School Board of Trustees. Since 2017, Rebecca has facilitated the week-long workshop, “Leading the Effective Upper School,” for Independent School Management (ISM). Rebecca works closely with independent school teams on improving their communication strategies and shared sense of purpose.
