Faith Ward, she/her
Faith Ward is an academic and library leader with more than two decades of experience advancing literacy, research, and innovation across independent schools, higher education, and national programs. Faith currently serves as Director of Libraries at William Penn Charter School, where she leads a comprehensive PreK–12 program that integrates technology and inquiry, digital literacy, and a strong culture of reading and research across the curriculum. Her leadership includes attaining grant-funded initiatives focused on literacy strategy, responsible artificial intelligence integration for students and faculty, as well as cultivating campus-wide engagement through author programs, parent and caregiver education, and reading initiatives.
